How to Connect to Your Class
To make sure you get the most out of your session, please follow these quick steps:
Join Early
Try to log in 10–15 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to check your audio/video and be fully ready when we begin.
Use a Laptop or Desktop
You’ll have the best experience on a laptop or desktop computer, especially for hands-on activities and screen sharing.
Download Zoom Ahead of Time
Please make sure Zoom is downloaded and updated before the day of your class. This helps you join quickly and avoids any last-minute tech issues.
Keep Your Phone Nearby
Have your cellphone available — we may use it for quick supplemental exercises. To stay focused, switch it to Do Not Disturb or silent mode.
